Of course, it also helps that professions started to work entirely different with Legion, and now that players are starting to hit that max level, more players are going to be shifting their focus on leveling their crafting soon, with the casual players likely hitting max level soon. The economy is strong for those looking to make some gold, thanks to players picking up new professions, endgame crafting, and the general laziness of most players (it’s okay, sometimes just spending your gold is easier than farming that rare pet on your own). Not only is the change driven by the massive influx of players returning to the game (or just new players in general), but many of the expansion’s new mechanics have changed the WoW gold-making landscape. Knowing the right inks and runes to use against bosses and crafting tomes to enhance yourself against the Legion seems the closest to me.With the recent release of World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, there’s no denying that the economy has changed drastically. I would think that knowing about Gems and how to cut them for magical purposes could aid the Demon hunter against the Legion. I would guess that Demon Hunters would need to know something about alchemy but to me it doesn't shout Demon Hunter. So that leaves us with Leather working, Engineer, Alchemy, Inscription, and jewel crafting.ĭemon Hunters seem to only want to wear leather pants/skirts and some ab armor so I don't think Leatherworking fits.ĭemon Hunters also aren't known for being good with machines but knowing how to create a mini re-purposed fel reaver might be close. Right off the bat, I am taking out Tailoring and Blacksmithing because I don't think they fit.Īlso as a pet peeve, I am ruling out Enchanting because you can't enchant weapons any more and they only enchant rings and cloaks which lore-wise Demon hunters don't usually wear but Gameplay>Lore. So we have Tailoring, Leather working, Blacksmith, Engineer, Enchanting, Alchemy, Inscription, and Jewel crafting. I am wondering what professions would fit a demon hunter from a lore perspective?
